Purpose of Practicum:

Outcomes of practicum:

We were given a tremendous opportunity to learn from our peers as a result of the SEA-Teacher Program, which helped us develop both metaphorically and literally outside of our comfort zones. We were forced to travel to a place we were unfamiliar with, which helped us develop and gain independence. Due to this, I was able to return home triumphant and a champion in my own right. Although I'm not sure if I'm any more deserving than I was when I left the Philippines, I'd like to think there has been some growth, albeit slight.

Overall, teaching in Vietnam as an exchange student can provide valuable teaching experience and cultural immersion. It may also be a challenging but rewarding experience that can help you grow personally and professionally.

Suggestions:

School administrators should give the schedule as early as possible so that students can prepare. Also, they should support their practitioners in a way that encourages consistency and reduces the likelihood of rushing their work. This will not only ensure the success of the practicums but also enhance the overall teaching and learning environment in the school.

Best Experiences in Vietnam

My best experience is having a family in Vietnam. Not by blood, but by heart.
